Shipping Policy
We send
all our products well protected and in discreet
packaging.
We send
almost every item by recorded\signed for delivery.
All UK orders are sent within 24 hours but usually
sooner (unless any message on the site states
otherwise).
We
also ship to the US direct from Mexico. US
orders are dispatched within 3 or 4 days of ordering but usually within 1 business
day where possible (unless any message on the
site states otherwise). Orders are sent direct from
Mexico by the manufacturer to minimise postal
charges for the customer. The status of orders can be viewed
online once the package\s are within US
territory which can take at least 10 days.
Return
postage cost's of purchased goods that are
faulty or damaged in the post must be paid by
the customer. We cannot refund the original
postage cost.
